The architecture and the working environment of the Development Center maximize opportunities for collaboration and learning; the environment is not only innovative and flexible: it stimulates the activity of our whole brain and allows real-time processing and utilization of knowledge and information.
Our facilities integrate state-of-the-art knowledge on the way individuals learn and groups operate.
Downstairs, the center was designed and built by the architect MG Taylor and is dedicated to collaborative workshops and collective learning.
Upstairs, the center welcomes learners with a long waved corridor that accompanies them to the three types of “learning environments”, to establish a direct connection between innovative design and different learning styles.
Leaders who learn by sharing and discussing, will appreciate the conversation rooms that contain a round table and an equipped kitchen, creating a relaxed atmosphere.
The cozy quiet rooms are the ideal place for participants who learn by reading and reflecting.
The energy rooms support brainstorming and action planning. To foster the participants' creativity, they can write everywhere. Notes can be jotted down on tables, walls, and even the floor, facilitating the flow and expression of ideas.
