Learning & Development

We believe that learning must be combined with job requirements. When the position changes everyone has room for improvement.
And we also believe that intelligence (cognitive and emotional) is not a static structure, but can be developed throughout your life.

Our different learning activities, based on the most recent research on adult learning, have been designed by UniManagement following two different learning approaches:

  • Learning Labs: they offer participants, that have already experienced managerial challenges, powerful learning experiences based on peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, through activities that stimulate the mind, the senses and their emotions. 
  • Building Blocks: dedicated to people at a first stage of managerial experiences, make use of interactive learning methods, direct experimentation, comparison with the suggested models and sharing of experiences.
