Requirements including 3 to 6 years professional experience, English proficiency, and a recommendation letter from supervisors.

At the beginning of the program, Senior managers present to the participants high priority business projects, making their “sales pitch” to convince these talented individuals to help them solve their business problems. This innovative role reversal and power shift is instrumental in breeding a climate of mutual need and respect. “Top management” become a group of real people who need others whose qualities differ from their own; young managers’ innately fresh approach is deemed a valuable strength and source of innovation.
