UniFuture

UniFuture is a senior leadership development program with focus on fostering change and sustainable business, product and process innovation.

Senior managers that show very good performance in their jobs and have potential to grow even further are nominated for UniFuture by their respective Head of Division/Competence Line.

As the first step of the program the managers take part in an online 360-Feedback based on the UniCredit Leadership Competencies. This helps them to gain a deeper understanding of their strengths and areas of development.

During  the program, the participants work in cross-divisional and multi-cultural teams on developing project ideas that can bring innovation to UniCredit Group. Working on the projects provides them with the opportunity to discover new business topics, often far away from their daily job, and to reflect and learn about their leadership styles. 

At the end of the program, all ideas are presented to the Management Committee of UniCredit Group.

After the closing of UniFuture each participant can start a mentoring-relationship with a Senior Leader of the Group.
