LEAD FOR VALUE

Lead for Value is designed to improve participants awareness about the meaning of being part of the Unicredit Group.
Participants will work on how to develop a common framework for leveraging existing resources and capabilities in an international environment across boundaries and to enhance and empower our sustainability.

Lead for Value aims at:

• Creating a common sense of belonging to Unicredit Group and excitement over the new possibilities/opportunities;
• Thinking global – across Divisions – across Regions & Countries;
• Seeing business opportunities from an overall perspective;
• Exploring new ways of thinking, behaving, and leading that can drive to success within the Group according to our Values;
• Making participants become stronger assets of the organization and perform at higher levels.
