About Us

UniCredit’s HR Mission is our Foundation

Our HR Mission: Attract, Develop and Retain talents by creating an environment where people can express their full potential.quote

Rino Piazzolla

Based on this mission, we in UniManagement want to offer “the best possible learning environment” for our participants. Since the opening of the center, we have already welcomed more than 13.000 participants spending more than 29.000 learning days with us. UniManagement’s operations have provided support to all UniCredit's divisions and competence lines as well as to several of the Group's customers.

when it comes to the future, there are 3 kinds of peole

Our Architecture stimulates the Senses

The sensory stimulation theory tells us that effective learning occurs when the senses are stimulated. The vast majority of knowledge held by adults is learned through seeing. By stimulating the senses, especially the visual sense, learning can be enhanced. If multi-senses are stimulated, learning can be even greater. Stimulation through the senses is achieved through a greater variety of colours, volume levels, strong statements, facts presented visually, use of a variety of techniques and media. The architecture of the UniManagement center follows this theory and you can experience it in each room of our premises.  1) those who make it happen

Our Team and Role

UniManagement’s Team is composed by professionals with different professional backgrounds: eg. HR and Leadership Development, Retail Banking, Investment Banking, Consultancy. And also represents UniCredit’s international exposure: eg. Italy, Germany, Poland, Hungary.

2) those who let it happenOur role as UniManagement staff follows the principle of facilitative learning: Learning will occur by establishing an environment and atmosphere in which learners feel comfortable to consider new ideas and are not threatened by external factors. We as UniManagement staff consider ourselves as learning and leadership development facilitators and not as management trainers.

Embarking on such a journey—letting go of the familiar and secure to embrace the new—takes a lot of courage. But when things no longer make sense, security matters less. In fact, there is more security in adventure and excitement, because there is life in movement and change.
