We see leadership as a social phenomenon as we know that learning is a social process.

We believe that innovation and problem solving require the mobilization of a varied social network. Positive personal and team experiences are often appreciated side effects of participating in Center events, but they are insufficient program goals. Indeed, the UniManagement Center team will only organize a program when there is a real business issue involved. Senior managers can come to the Center when they have a specific issue to address, and the UniManagement team will use the content they supply to design, structure, and run an appropriate program.

Our role is to provide an innovative approach to develop the leadership that UniCredit Group needs to face its current and future challenges.


UniManagement has been created to offer programs and experiences built on the foundation of the UniCredit  Values: transparency, trust, reciprocity, respect, freedom and fairness.

UniManagement is based in an innovative building designed to host collaborative workshops for UniCredit Group and to offer tailored learning and development initiatives for our Leaders.
